Caught up with the mini-book last night.
And the book as a whole is starting to "fill in" and look pretty cool!
I'm excited about how it will look in another 3 months!
I love mini's that have all sorts of stuff hanging out of them and dimensions and texture.

I did these so fast, but i totally dig them actually.
I wasn't feeling very creative last night but forced myself to be - to forget about reality for a sec.
This screen i found on the curb is so inspirational to me!
I painted through it (on the photos it looks smudgy but in real life the paint has the texture of the screen in it) and used it as dimensional texture.
This weekend Eric and I are going to try and get to Habitat for Humanity's ReStore - it's a non-profit that sells "new and gently used home improvement materials, home accessories and other building supplies"
They're located all over the USA - i hope to find some cool stuff i can repurpose for crafting!

I have started a companion mini-book for the 365 Photo Challenge!
It took a while to decide on the logistics but I really like what I came up with.
Each page is 6" x 12".
Every week will be 2 pages and I'm excited to see at the end of the year how my style will change and evolve!! Not just with scrapbooking techniques but with photography skills. Not to mention being able to see an entire year of my life! I'm pretty confident I'll be able to keep it up....
It's pretty much a direct translation from my 365 Project LJ entries so I'll have a record in both places!
